Ailbhe Darcy is an Irish poet who currently lives in Wales. Her work appears in magazines including POETRY, Poetry Ireland Review, Poetry Wales, The Wolf and The Stinging Fly, and in anthologies including Identity Parade: New British and Irish Poets, Voice Recognition: 21 Poets for the 21st Century and The Wake Forest Series of Irish Poetry. Her newest collection is Insistence (Bloodaxe Books, 2018). She grew up in Dublin and has spent time living in the U.S. and Germany. She is lecturer in Creative Writing at Cardiff University.
